Key Responsibilities :

Direct daily workshop tasks including denting, painting, frame straightening, and refinishing to maintain a smooth workflow.

Coordinate with insurance surveyors, manage claim processes, and prepare accurate repair estimates or job cards.

Supervise technicians and support staff, assign daily duties, and track individual productivity.

Inspect finished vehicle repairs to ensure they meet safety rules, OEM guidelines, and turnaround time (TAT) goals.

Handle client queries, explain repair scopes, and drive high customer satisfaction scores.

Requirements & Skills :

Minimum 3 to 4 years of working experience in an automotive dealership or authorized body repair workshop.

Robust hands-on understanding of modern body repair, paint technology, and workshop tools.

Familiarity with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and insurance paper processing.

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
