- Assist the Executive Chef in planning, organizing, and supervising kitchen operations.
- Oversee food preparation and ensure dishes are prepared according to recipes and quality standards.
- Supervise and train chefs, cooks, and kitchen assistants.
- Delegate tasks and manage workflow during busy service periods.
- Ensure food is prepared and presented consistently and on time.
- Monitor food quality, taste, and portion sizes.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
