C&F; (Clearing & Forwarding) Manager –

Position: C&F; Manager

Job Summary:
Responsible for managing import/export logistics, customs clearance, freight operations, warehousing, and transportation activities to ensure timely and cost-effective movement of goods while complying with all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee customs clearance and import/export documentation.
- Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transporters.
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics operations.
- Ensure timely clearance, dispatch, and delivery of shipments.
- Monitor freight costs and optimize logistics expenses.
- Ensure compliance with customs, DGFT, and other regulatory requirements.
- Resolve shipment delays, customs issues, and logistics challenges.
- Maintain accurate records of imports, exports, duties, and logistics expenses.
- Develop and maintain relationships with logistics service providers.
- Lead and supervise the C&F; and logistics team.

Requirements:





- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Clearing & Forwarding, Import-Export, or Logistics Management.
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations, shipping documentation, and freight operations.
- Positive negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.

Reporting To: Director.

- On-time shipment clearance and delivery.
- Logistics cost optimization.
- Customs compliance and documentation accuracy.
- Reduction in demurrage and detention charges.
- Freight cost savings.
- Service provider performance management.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
