Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct assessments of organizational structure, culture, and processes to identify areas for development.
- Develop and implement organizational development (OD) interventions, including change management strategies.
- Design and execute training programs, including technical skills, software adoption (CRM), and behavioral skills.
- Implement business process improvements, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and HR processes.
- Act as a liaison between Tally BMs and Certified Partners to ensure smooth execution of TX deliverables.

Job Specification:

- Experience: 2 to 5 years in organizational development, change management, human resources, or Business Consulting.
- Technical Skills: Business process implementation, SOP development, CRM adoption, OD interventions, and performance management.
- Behavioural Skills: Solid communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, adaptability, and collaboration.
- Software: Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis for decision-making.
