Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Business Development Executive (Inside Sales) to drive sales growth for our Agri & Dairy Machinery products. This is an office-based role where the candidate will generate business through inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, email, CRM follow-ups, and online enquiries. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to convert leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound enquiries received through phone calls, website, social media, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.
- Generate new business through outbound calling and lead follow-up.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Agri & Dairy Machinery products.
- Explain product features, pricing, offers, finance options, and benefits to customers.
- Prepare quotations and follow up until order closure.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with customers, dealers, and distributors through regular communication.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Accounts, Dispatch,



and Service teams for smooth order execution.
- Maintain customer data, lead status, and sales activities in CRM/ERP.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up on pending quotations, payment collections, and repeat business opportunities.
- Resolve customer queries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct telephonic product demonstrations and online presentations whenever required.
- Collect customer feedback and market information to improve sales performance.
