Role: We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant who has successfully delivered end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations. The ideal candidate should have solid functional expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service and Project Operations, along with exposure to the Power Platform. This is a client-facing consulting role involving solution design, business process consulting, workshops, and implementation leadership.

Job Description

- Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 CRM implementation projects.
- Gather business requirements and conduct discovery workshops with clients.
- Design scalable functional solutions aligned with business needs.
- Configure and implement Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service and Project Operations.
- Work closely with technical consultants and developers during solution delivery.
- Design business processes, security roles, workflows and automation using Power Platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful implementations.
- Guide clients through solution adoption, UAT, training and go-live.
- Participate in solution demonstrations, presales discussions, effort estimation and proposal preparation.




- Mentor junior consultants and provide functional guidance throughout project delivery.

Candidate Profile

- 7–9 years of experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant.
- Strong hands-on experience with: Dynamics 365 Sales, Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Dynamics 365 Project Operations (Project Management & Accounting exposure preferred)
- Experience in end-to-end implementation, rollout, upgrade or support projects.
- Good understanding of Power Platform, including : Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse
- Ability to perform business process mapping, gap analysis and solution design.
- Experience conducting client workshops, requirement gathering, CRPs and UAT.
- Excellent stakeholder management and client communication skills.
- Experience working with global clients and distributed teams.

Good to Have

Experience with Copilot Studio and AI capabilities within Dynamics 365.

Knowledge of Power Pages.

Exposure to Azure Integration Services, Logic Apps or Service Bus.

Understanding of Microsoft Fabric.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications.

Experience in presales, solution architecture discussions and proposal preparation.
