Job Description:

- Handling customers mainly for International Flights bookings domestic & International Ticketing.
- 0-8 years of experience required.
- Excellent Knowledge of any GDS (Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre, Apollo, Worldspan)
- Sound knowledge of Domestic and International Flight fares.
- Issuance and reissuance
- Date Change , Schedule Change and Refunds.
- B2B and B2C both will do.

Skills:

- Good Geographical Knowledge i.e. City codes, Airport codes etc.
- Interacting with the Airlines.
- Travel sales process.
- Willing to work in shifts as per International Time zones
