We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented eCommerce Project Coordinator to manage multiple projects and ensure seamless collaboration across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in an eCommerce environment and be responsible for coordinating project execution, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of tasks.

You will work closely with Shopify Developers, SEO Specialists, Content Writers, Designers, Product Teams, AI Teams, and Digital Marketing professionals to support successful project delivery and maintain efficient workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage multiple eCommerce projects across Shopify, SEO, Content, Design, AI, Marketing, and Product teams.
- Create, assign, and track project tasks, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Follow up with internal teams to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
- Organize project meetings, document action items, and maintain project records.
- Prepare project status reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Identify project risks, delays, blockers, and dependencies, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain project trackers using ClickUp, Jira, Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
- Ensure smooth communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams.
- Support product launches and ongoing eCommerce initiatives.
- Continuously improve project coordination processes and documentation.

Required Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in Project Coordination, Operations, or Project Management Support.
- Mandatory experience working in an eCommerce company.




- Experience coordinating projects involving Shopify, SEO, Content, Design, Marketing, and Product teams.
- Solid understanding of eCommerce workflows and project execution.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Shopify platform and eCommerce operations.
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing concepts and workflows.
- Experience coordinating product launches.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
