We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team in Bhubaneswar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales in the field, meeting potential clients, building relationships, and achieving sales targets. This is an on-ground role requiring daily client visits and active market engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify potential customers through field visits, cold calling, and networking
- Meet clients to present product/service offerings and convert leads into sales
- Maintain solid customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets as assigned by the manager
- Collect market insights and competitor data to support business strategy
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer details, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with the internal team for timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Participate in promotional events, campaigns, or exhibitions as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
