The Senior Retail Operations Executive will oversee store/warehouse level operations, inventory control, and retail supply chain mechanics. This role ensures smooth execution of product dispatch, system audits, and seamless coordination between retail fronts, B2B up-to-date trade counters, and backend supply structures.

Key Responsibilities

- Inventory Control & Management: Manage end-to-end stock audits, physical inventory verification, and systemic entries in ERP/Tally. Maintain minimal variance levels.
- Order Fulfillment & Logistics: Supervise picking, packing, and dispatch schedules. Oversee the generation of accurate dispatch paperwork, including commercial invoices, delivery challans, and e-way bills.
- Vendor & Procurement Coordination: Collaborate with brand managers, external vendors, and statutory authorities (e.g., procurement certificates or state-level clearances) to ensure undisrupted material availability.
- RTO & Damage Mitigation:



Track and manage returns from retail channels. Analyze root causes for return/transit damages and implement process optimizations to safeguard profitability.
- Team Supervision: Guide and mentor floor executives, store boys, and logistics assistants to improve picking accuracy and minimize operational turnaround time (TAT).

Key Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Retail Management, or Business Administration.
- Hands-on proficiency with ERP software (SAP, Tally, or custom warehouse modules) and MS Office.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to handle logistics providers and statutory vendors.
- Deep understanding of retail tax structures, including GST, TDS documentation, and credit notes.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
