We’re Hiring – HR Professional (Ahmedabad)

At Water & Shark, we believe HR is not just about processes; it is about building structure, culture, and clarity within an organisation. We are looking for a skilled who understands this balance and can contribute with both technical knowledge and practical execution.

The ideal candidate should bring a minimum of 2 years of experience with a strong foundation in HR processes and labour laws, along with hands-on exposure to drafting HR letters, policy formulation, and supporting team structuring. An understanding of organisational culture and the ability to translate it into day-to-day HR practices will be key.

We value individuals who communicate with clarity, especially through well-drafted emails and letters, and who demonstrate responsiveness, ownership, and a solution-oriented mindset in their approach.

Location: Ahmedabad (Preferred)

Compensation: Based on skills and interview performance
