Key Responsibilities

 Manage and coordinate US domestic freight shipments, including FTL (Full Truckload) and LTL (Less Than Truckload).

 Communicate with carriers, brokers, and customers to ensure timely pickup and delivery.

 Track shipments, provide regular status updates, and proactively resolve operational issues.

 Maintain accurate shipment records and update Transportation Management Systems (TMS).

 Prepare operational reports and ensure data accuracy.

 Coordinate with internal departments to deliver exceptional customer service.

 Ensure compliance with company procedures and transportation regulations.

Required Qualifications

 Experience in US logistics, freight operations, or supply chain management.

 Strong knowledge of US domestic transportation, including FTL and LTL operations.

 Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

 Proficiency in TMS platforms and Microsoft Office applications.

 Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

 Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced workplace.

 Willingness to work US night shifts.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
