- Roles & Responsibilities:
- 1. Sourcing CVs for various industries from Naukri, Shine portal for Third Party/Deputation.
- 2. Understanding client requirement and sourcing CVs accordingly.
- 3. Co-ordination interviews with candidates.
- 4. Negotiating salary with the candidates.
- 5. Handling documentation and on boarding of the selected candidates.
- 6. Co-ordination timesheets every month with the candidates.
- 7. Handling candidate grievances and resolving them.
- Joining period – Immediate/1 week.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
