Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Professional hospitality etiquette.
- Customer service orientation.
- Ability to handle visitors from diverse backgrounds.
- Valuable coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and record management.
Qualification
- Graduate degree preferred.
- Diploma/certificate in hospitality, customer service, or front office operations is desirable.
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotels, corporate reception, or educational institutions is preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu (Coimbatore): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
- Guest services: 3 years (Preferred)
