We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager for our retail shop. The candidate should be able to handle store operations, manage staff, maintain customer satisfaction, and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily store operations
Supervise and support store staff
Handle customer queries professionally
Maintain stock and store cleanliness
Ensure sales targets are achieved
Prepare daily sales reports
Requirements:
Experience in retail management preferred
Valuable communication and leadership skills
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to manage team and customers efficiently
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
