We’re looking for an experienced Quality Analyst to join our team at Aksum Trademart Pvt Ltd.

Objectives of this role:
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure the products are designed and created with the highest
quality standards
- Develop and document test plans, test cases, and test scripts to provide comprehensive and pracJcal tesJng
of our products
- Conduct manual and automated tesJng to ensure our products meet customer expectaJons and regulatory
requirements
- IdenJfy, track and report soKware defects and work with cross-funcJonal teams to resolve them
Your Tasks:
- Improve tesJng processes and methodologies to ensure delivery of high-quality soKware to the clients
- Conduct funcJonal and regression tesJng to uncover defects that exisJng test cases may not cover
- Ensure that products and services meet industry standards,
regulatory requirements and user expectaJons
- Work with other teams, including development, product management and customer support, to ensure a
seamless experience for our clients
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in a Quality Assurance role, preferably in a soKware development environment
- Demonstrable experience with performance and load tesJng, both manual and automated
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Knowledge of automated tesJng tools (Selenium, Jira, or Confluence)
- Robust understanding of soKware tesJng methodologies and best pracJces
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of scripJng languages (Python or Perl)
- Fluency in English with excellent wriVen and verbal communicaJon skills
- Quick problem-solving and analyJcal skills with aVenJon to detail
- Strong collaboraJon skills and the ability to work independently
Experience and Qualifications:
- 3 – 4 years of experience as Quality Analyst
- Preferably a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology or a related field
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
