About the Role

Esearch Logix Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Email Marketing Executive with experience in lead generation for Digital Marketing services. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in email outreach, prospect research, and generating qualified B2B leads from international markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate high-quality B2B leads for Digital Marketing services through email marketing campaigns.
- Research and identify potential clients from international markets, including the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, and other regions.
- Build and manage targeted prospect databases using lead generation tools.
- Plan, execute, and optimize cold email campaigns.
- Create personalized and compelling email content to improve response rates.
- Monitor campaign performance, including open rates, reply rates, and conversions.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects to maximize lead generation opportunities.
- Maintain accurate lead records in CRM and databases.
- Ensure email campaigns follow industry best practices and email compliance standards.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Business Development team by sharing qualified leads.




- Perform A/B testing and optimize campaigns for better performance.
- Stay updated with the latest email marketing trends and lead generation strategies.

Required Skills

- 1–3 years of experience in Email Marketing and International Lead Generation.
- Proven experience in generating international B2B leads.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter.io, Snov.io, Instantly, Mailchimp, Lemlist, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of cold email outreach and email deliverability.
- Excellent internet research and data mining skills.
- Good written English communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Web Development, etc.).
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a Digital Marketing or IT services company will be preferred.
