Job Description: We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Lead with strong hands-on Development background in AI, ML and Computer Vision.. Positions are for iCube Logics (I) Pvt. Ltd. @ Hyderabad, India.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI and Computer Vision solutions
- Architect and optimize image and video processing pipelines for real-world applications
- Develop, review, and maintain Python-based AI models and frameworks
- Guide model training, evaluation, performance tuning, and scalability improvements
- Integrate AI models with applications, APIs, and enterprise platforms
- Oversee data workflows: data collection, preprocessing, annotation, and augmentation
- Mentor and guide AI Developers, ensuring Best Practices in coding and model design and tuning

Requirement:

- Have a Bachelors / Masters Degree in Engineering
- Experience of 3-5 years in stated domain
- Excellent C++, Python development skills on Linux / Windows Platforms




- Able to implement new algorithms efficiently based on technical papers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Desired Candidate:

- Excellent Conversational skills and ability to confidently talk in multi-talented team setup.
- Flexible and adaptable in regard to learning and understanding new technologies
- Robust hands-on experience in Leading projects involving Computer Vision with AI
- Experience with OpenCV, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or similar
- Solid understanding of image processing, deep learning, and neural networks
- Demonstrated ability to drive and deliver features on time with quality.
- Flexible and adaptable in regard to learning and understanding new technologies.
- Ability to manage personnel and provide guidance to junior staff where appropriate.
