Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
- Manage appointments, schedules, and meeting room bookings
- Handle emails, courier services, and front desk correspondence
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area




- Provide administrative support such as data entry and record-keeping

Requirements

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Prior experience is preferred but not mandatory
