DiVa's House is a premium designer fashion studio specializing in curated Indian wear and luxury fashion. We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Drive sales through effective product recommendations.
- Handle customer queries via store, phone, WhatsApp, and Instagram.
- Support sales and marketing activities.
- Manage stock, inventory, and product displays.
- Maintain billing and sales records.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for fashion and customer service.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management.
- Well-groomed, proactive, and sales-oriented.
- Retail experience is preferred; freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
