The Sales Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the B.T Road Kolkata. This role is responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote the college’s programs, managing lead generation for admissions, and driving student enrollment targets. The Sales Marketing Manager will oversee online and offline promotional activities, build and maintain relationships with schools, coaching centers, and industry partners, and represent the college at events, fairs, and seminars.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and relationship building with educational and industry partners.
- Experience with event and outreach activities, including organizing seminars, workshops, education fairs, and community engagement initiatives.
- Proven experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably within education, training, or similar service-based sectors.
- Strong analytical, planning,



and organizational abilities, with proficiency in common office and marketing tools (e.g., MS Office, CRM or lead management systems).
- Excellent interpersonal skills, a collaborative working style, and the ability to thrive in an in office, fast-paced academic environment.
- Target oriented and ability to work under pressure and meet organization objective.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
