Job Title: Embedded Systems Engineer (Education, R&D; & Innovation Projects)Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Embedded Systems Engineer to work on Education-based projects (B.Tech, M.Tech, and Ph.D. level) along with R&D; initiatives and real-time embedded product development.

The ideal candidate will contribute to designing, developing, and testing embedded hardware and firmware solutions, supporting academic and research-driven projects, conducting technical training sessions, delivering presentations, and participating in Technology Expos and innovation showcases. This role offers exposure to end-to-end embedded system development, IoT applications, firmware programming, mentoring, and cutting-edge engineering solutions.

Work Location: Tirupati

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain embedded hardware and firmware solutions.
- Work on academic projects (B.Tech / M.Tech / Ph.D. level) and assist in project development and mentoring.
- Contribute to Research & Development (R&D;) and innovation projects for technology expos and product demonstrations.
- Develop real-time embedded applications for industrial and IoT solutions.
- Program microcontrollers using Embedded C/C++.
- Interface sensors, actuators, and peripheral devices with embedded systems.
- Develop and implement communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, USB, and Ethernet.
- Perform board bring-up, hardware validation, debugging, and system integration.
- Optimize embedded software for performance, reliability, and power efficiency.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers, software developers, researchers, students, and project stakeholders.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in Embedded Systems,



IoT, Automation, and Industrial Electronics.
- Conduct technical presentations, project demonstrations, and knowledge-sharing sessions for students, clients, and internal teams.
- Act as a trainer and mentor by delivering technical training programs, workshops, and hands-on sessions related to Embedded Systems, IoT, and Firmware Development.
- Guide students and junior engineers in project implementation, hardware interfacing, coding standards, and debugging techniques.
- Represent the organization during technical events, seminars, innovation expos, and project reviews.

Required Skills & ExpertiseEmbedded Systems Development

Strong proficiency in:

- Embedded C/C++
- Microcontroller Programming
- ARM Cortex, STM32, AVR, PIC, ESP32, Arduino
- Real-Time Embedded Application Development

Electronics & Hardware

Experience with:

- Digital Electronics
- Analog Electronics
- Microprocessors & Microcontrollers
- Sensors and Actuators
- PCB Interfacing and Circuit Analysis

Communication Protocols

Knowledge of:

- UART
- SPI
- I2C
- CAN
- USB
- Ethernet
- Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Zigbee (Preferred)

Debugging & Testing

Hands-on experience with:

- Oscilloscope
- Logic Analyzer
- Multimeter
- JTAG Debuggers
- Hardware and Firmware Debugging

Development & Tools

Experience with:

- Keil uVision




- STM32CubeIDE
- MPLAB
- Arduino IDE
- VS Code
- Git & GitHub

Knowledge of:

- Embedded Linux (Preferred)
- FreeRTOS / RTOS Concepts
- IoT Platforms
- Version Control and Documentation

Soft Skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
- Ability to conduct technical training sessions and workshops.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional teams.

Educational Qualifications

B.E./B.Tech / M.Tech / Ph.D. in:

- Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE)
- Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)
- Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering (EIE)
- Embedded Systems
- Mechatronics
- Instrumentation Engineering
- Or related disciplines

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in academic or R&D-based; projects.
- Exposure to real-time embedded product development.
- Experience in IoT, Robotics, Automation, or Industrial Embedded Systems.
- Participation in hackathons, innovation programs, or technology expos.
- Experience in technical training, mentoring, or conducting workshops.
- Knowledge of Embedded Linux, RTOS, Edge Computing, or AI-based Embedded Applications will be an added advantage.
