Position: Digital Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives for the real estate business. The candidate should have strong expertise in performance marketing, lead generation, social media management, and AI-driven marketing tools to enhance brand visibility and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Generate quality leads through Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and other digital channels.
- Manage social media platforms and improve online brand presence.
- Develop and implement AI-driven marketing strategies and automation tools.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize ROI.
- Coordinate with sales and creative teams for campaign execution.
- Manage website content, landing pages, and online promotions.
- Track analytics, prepare reports, and monitor competitor activities.




- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing and AI trends.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
- Experience with AI tools for marketing automation, content generation, analytics, and lead management.
- Positive understanding of CRM tools and performance marketing.
- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Prior experience in the Real Estate industry is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with AI marketing tools is mandatory.
- Graduate in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).

Salary:

As per industry standards + Performance Incentives

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
