Hiring: Academic Counselor

We're looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Academic Counselor to help students make informed career decisions and guide them through the admission process. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy interacting with people, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students and parents on courses and career opportunities.
- Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and online leads.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Explain course details, fee structure, and the admission process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students throughout the admission journey.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries and admissions.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.





Qualifications

- Plus Two (+2) / Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experience in academic counseling, admissions, telesales, customer service, or sales is an added advantage.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counseling and convincing abilities.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
- Proficiency in English and Malayalam.
