About Us:
Sippin Solutions is one of India’s leading beverage manufacturing companies, offering end-to-end solutions from formulation to packaging. We are seeking an ERP Manager to oversee and optimize our ERP system at the factory level, ensuring seamless integration of operations across production, inventory, accounts, and supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain the ERP system across departments (production, accounts, inventory, supply chain, HR).
- Coordinate with factory teams to ensure smooth day-to-day ERP operations.
- Customize, configure, and troubleshoot ERP modules as per business needs.
- Train staff and ensure proper usage of ERP functionalities.
- Monitor data accuracy, system performance, and resolve user issues promptly.
- Work with vendors/IT support for ERP upgrades, patches, and enhancements.




- Generate regular MIS reports and dashboards for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company processes and data security policies.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (MBA/ERP certifications preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience managing ERP systems (manufacturing/FMCG industry experience is a plus).
- Robust knowledge of ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
- Hands-on experience in modules like inventory, production planning, accounts, and HR.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills to bridge between technical teams and operations staff.

Work Schedule:

- 6 days a week (Monday–Saturday)
- On-site role at Hapur Factory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
