Patient Recall Coordinator

Are you a confident communicator who enjoys helping people? We're looking for a Patient Recall Coordinator to reconnect with our existing patients, schedule appointments, and deliver an outstanding patient experience.

What You'll Do

- Contact existing and new patients by phone to schedule their recall appointments.
- Build positive relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
- Confirm, reschedule, and follow up on appointments.
- Update patient records and notes accurately.
- Help maintain a full schedule by encouraging patients to return for their dental care.
- Assist with insurance verification, eligibility, claims follow-up, and other insurance-related tasks as needed.
- Provide administrative support and assist with other office tasks whenever required.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable making outbound calls.
- Customer service or call center experience is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
