Job Summary:

The Robotics Engineer will be responsible for teaching, programming, commissioning, and implementing robotic systems and automation solutions to optimize production efficiency, accuracy, quality, and safety within industrial automation environments, particularly in Body-in-White (BIW) manufacturing applications

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and program robotic systems, robotic arms, and automation solutions.
- Develop system architecture, motion control, and robotic algorithms for industrial automation.
- Integrate sensors, actuators, vision systems, and PLCs into robotic systems.
- Conduct feasibility studies and ROI analysis for new automation projects.
- Develop and optimize robotic simulation and offline programming using software such as RoboDK, Fanuc Roboguide, ABB RobotStudio, or KUKA Sim.
- Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software teams to ensure smooth integration.
- Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure reliability and performance.
- Maintain and update technical documentation, wiring diagrams, and system manuals.
- Provide technical support, training, and guidance to production and maintenance teams.




- Research and evaluate emerging robotics technologies for process improvement and cost reduction.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 2–5 years (for mid-level) / 5+ years (for senior role) in industrial automation or robotics applications in BIW.
- Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of robot programming (Fanuc, ABB, KUKA, Yaskawa, Mitsubishi, or Universal Robots).
- Experience in CAD design and robot simulation software.
- Understanding of machine vision systems and AI-based automation is a plus.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Project management and documentation capabilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
