The Event Waiter in Bangalore will be responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to guests at various events, including corporate functions, weddings, and private parties. - Set up event spaces, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and place settings according to event specifications.
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements, providing menus and answering questions about food and beverage offerings.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, using POS systems or manual order pads as required.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously, ensuring proper presentation and temperature.
- Monitor guest needs throughout the event,



proactively refilling drinks, clearing plates, and addressing any requests or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of serving areas, tables, and back-of-house areas during and after events.
- Assist with the breakdown of event spaces, including clearing tables, cleaning equipment, and proper storage of items.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other event personnel to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Handle guest complaints or issues with professionalism and escalate to management when necessary.
- Ensure all service standards are met or exceeded to contribute to overall guest satisfaction.
- Manage inventory of serving supplies and communicate replenishment needs to supervisors.
