Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, taxation, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of GST, TDS, transport invoicing, and accounting software such as Tally ERP/Tally Prime.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure proper financial record-keeping.
- Prepare GST invoices, tax invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and transport invoices (E-Way Bills, where applicable).
- Handle GST return filing, reconciliation, and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
- Manage TDS calculations, deductions, return filing, and reconciliations.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Maintain vendor and customer ledgers.
- Assist in audits and ensure timely submission of required financial documents.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation laws,



and company policies.
- Coordinate with CA, auditors, banks, and government authorities whenever required.
- Prepare MIS reports and support management with financial data and analysis.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, or equivalent qualification.
- 4–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, Transport Invoices, Tax Invoices, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Good understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
