Position: HVAC Site Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HVAC Site Engineer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in executing HVAC projects. The ideal candidate should have expertise in site supervision, installation, coordination, quality control, and project execution while ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems, including AHUs, FCUs, ducting, chilled water piping, ventilation systems, and related equipment.
- Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Prepare daily progress reports, work schedules, and material requirement reports.
- Ensure timely availability of materials, tools, and manpower at the project site.
- Inspect HVAC installations and ensure compliance with safety regulations and applicable industry standards.
- Resolve on-site technical issues and provide effective engineering solutions.
- Conduct site measurements, quantity verification, and support billing documentation.




- Attend site meetings and provide regular project status updates to management.
- Ensure project milestones are achieved within the planned schedule and budget.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ducting, piping, ventilation, and air conditioning installations.
- Experience in HVAC project execution, site supervision, testing, and commissioning.
- Ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of safety practices and quality standards.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in HVAC project/site execution.

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in commercial buildings, industrial projects, cleanrooms, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or data center HVAC projects will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
