- Supervise all bodyshop repair operations, including denting, painting, and accident repairs.
- Allocate work to technicians and monitor daily productivity.
- Ensure timely delivery of vehicles as per committed timelines.
- Inspect repair quality and ensure compliance with manufacturer standards.
- Coordinate with insurance surveyors for claim inspections and approvals.
- Prepare repair estimates and monitor job costs.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by ensuring quality repairs and regular status updates.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, tools, equipment, and materials.
- Monitor spare parts requirements and coordinate with the parts department.
- Maintain bodyshop cleanliness and follow 5S standards.
- Enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Train and guide technicians to improve skills and productivity.
- Prepare daily and monthly performance reports (productivity, efficiency, revenue, and pending jobs).
- Minimize rework and warranty claims through effective quality control.
- Coordinate with the Service Manager and other departments for smooth workshop operations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
