The HR Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates for collection and support roles.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for collection executives, team leaders, quality analysts, trainers, and support staff.
- Verify candidate documents and conduct background checks where required.
- Negotiate salary and issue offer letters.
- Follow up with selected candidates until they join the organization.
- Maintain recruitment databases and applicant tracking records.
- Build a pipeline of candidates for future hiring needs.
- Coordinate onboarding and induction for new employees.
- Meet monthly hiring targets and ensure positions are filled within the required timelines.
- Prepare recruitment reports and present hiring metrics to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws during the hiring process.

- Knowledge of recruitment portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
- Valuable negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience (experience in BPO, collections, BFSI, or call center hiring is an advantage).
