Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the lab, ensuring smooth functioning

- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure proper patient care

- Maintain accurate records of lab tests and results

- Oversee inventory and supplies management

- Train and supervise lab staff





- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS)

- Robust clinical knowledge and understanding of laboratory procedures

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Ability to multitask and work under pressure

- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required for freshers

- Must be able to work on-site at the designated location
