Job Summary:- The Chief Financial Officer ( CFO ) is responsible for overseeing the

compnay's financial operations, ensuring financial stability, and supporting business

growth through strategic financial planning. The ( CFO ) manages budgeting

financial reporting , cash flow,taxating, compliance, and risk management while

providing financial insights to support executive decision- making.

Key Responsibilities :-

. Develop and implement the Company 's financial strategy.

. Prepare and monitor annual budgets and financial forecasts.

. Oversee accounting, financial reporting, and audits.

. Manage cash flow, working capital,and banking relationship.

. Ensure compliance with tax laws,financial regulations,and statutory requirements.

. Analyze financial performance and recommend improvements.

. Monitor costs and implement cost- control measures.

. Lead financial risk management and internal controls.

. Persent financial report and recommendations to the ceo and Board of Directors.

. Supervise and mentor the finance and accounts team.

. Support business expansion, investments, and strategic Planning .

Qualification :-

.



Bachelor's degree in finance , Accounting commerce, or a related field.

. CA, CMA ,CPA , MBA ( Finance ),or an equivalent professional qualification is preferred.

. 10-15 year of progressive experience in finance,with leadership experience.

Required Skills:-

. Robust financial planning and analysis skills.

. Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

. Knowlwdge of taxation, statutory compliance, and auditing.

. Leadership and team management abilities.

. Excllent analytical anmd Problem-solving skills.

. Strong communication and Presentation Skills.

. proficiency in ERP system and Microsoft Excel.

Key Performance Indicators( KPIs) :-

. Accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.

. Budget Adherence and cost optimization .

. Cash Flow management.

. Regulatory compliance.

. Profitability and financial performance improvements.

. Audit outcomes and internal contral effectiveness.

Pay: ₹35,000.38 - ₹100,000.00 per month
