Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our dynamic team. The BDE will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of working independently and as part of a team to achieve ambitious targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and research potential clients and new market opportunities to generate leads and prospects.
- Conduct outbound outreach via cold calls, emails, and social media to initiate contact and qualify potential clients.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
- Understand client needs and present tailored solutions that align with our product/service offerings.
- Schedule and conduct initial meetings, presentations,



and product demonstrations with prospective clients.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for lead generation and conversion.
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify recent business avenues.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations to key stakeholders.
- Attend industry conferences, workshops, and networking events to promote our brand and generate new leads.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback to management.
