We are hiring a Junior Financial Coach – Client Support to support our clients in personal finance, home loans, EMIs, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial worksheets.

This is a client-support and learning-based role. Selected candidates will be trained for 30 days on our systems, client handling, home loan basics, personal finance concepts, and follow-up process.

Key Responsibilities

- Speak with clients over phone, WhatsApp, and Zoom.
- Collect basic financial information from clients.
- Help clients complete finance worksheets and forms.
- Explain basic concepts related to EMI, loans, budgeting, and cash flow.
- Track client doubts and follow-ups.
- Update client details in CRM, Google Sheets, or Excel.
- Coordinate with senior team for advanced finance or loan-related cases.
- Support clients during program implementation.

Required Skills

- Good communication skills in Telugu and English.
- Interest in personal finance, loans, budgeting,



and client guidance.
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Comfortable speaking with clients.
- Responsible, patient, and good at follow-ups.

Preferred Qualification

B.Com, M.Com, BBA, BBM, MBA Finance, or any finance-related degree.
