Job Description – Junior Site Engineer (Government Construction Project)

Position: Junior Site Engineer

Job location - Nagpur/ Vijayawada

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Senior Site Engineer in day-to-day site operations.

Supervise labor and monitor construction activities.

Ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications.

Maintain daily progress reports and site records.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams.

Monitor material consumption and site inventory.

Support quality inspections and safety compliance activities.

Assist in measurement, billing, and documentation work.





Report site issues and progress updates to senior management.

Requirements:

B.Tech/B.E. or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

5-10 years of site execution experience.

Basic knowledge of construction drawings and site supervision.

Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation.

Willingness to work at project sites and travel if required.

Preferred: Experience in government, PWD, CPWD, NHAI, Railways, or other public infrastructure projects.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
