Marketing & Sales Manager – Education Consultancy

About the Role

ADCB EdTech Private Limited is seeking a dynamic Marketing & Sales Manager to lead and coordinate our marketing and admissions sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing marketing campaigns, overseeing CRM operations, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring seamless coordination between the marketing and sales teams to achieve admission targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the outsourced digital marketing team to execute campaigns effectively.
- Plan marketing activities and content for MBBS, MD/MS, MDS, DNB, and other admission seasons.
- Review marketing creatives, videos, and promotional content before publishing.
- Monitor campaign performance and ensure quality lead generation.
- Manage daily lead distribution through the CRM and ensure fair allocation to the sales team.
- Monitor CRM updates, lead stages, follow-ups, and sales progress.




- Conduct sales review meetings and ensure timely follow-up of all leads.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on lead generation, lead quality, conversions, and sales performance.
- Coordinate with marketing to improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
- Work closely with Management to achieve monthly and seasonal admission targets.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Education Consultancy.
- Solid leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and lead management is preferred.
- Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
- Languages known: English, Malayalam -both compulsory

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
