Working Hours: 5 days working/ Week off - Rotational/ Rotational shifts. Both way cabs available.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service in Tamil language.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, addressing concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Translate customer feedback and inquiries to improve service quality.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Tamil and English ( A2 ) (written and spoken). Compulsory requirement.
- Solid interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude.
