Job Title: BIM Modeler (MEP)

We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeler for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) with 2–4 years of experience. The candidate will be responsible for developing detailed BIM models, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring high-quality design and documentation using AutoCAD and Revit. The candidate should possess strong knowledge of building services, clash detection, coordination, and construction documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop accurate 3D BIM models for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems using Autodesk Revit.
- Prepare LOD 200, 300, 350, and 400 models as per project requirements.
- Create parametric BIM families where required.
- Maintain BIM standards and project-specific modeling guidelines.

Mechanical Systems

- Model HVAC ducting systems.
- Model chilled water piping and refrigerant piping.
- Create ventilation layouts.
- Equipment placement and coordination.
- Mechanical room detailing.

Electrical Systems

- Model cable trays and conduits.
- Lighting layouts.
- Small power layouts.
- Electrical equipment placement.
- Fire alarm and emergency lighting systems.
- Earthing and lightning protection components.

Plumbing & Fire Fighting

- Domestic water supply systems.
- Drainage and sewage systems.
- Storm water systems.
- Rainwater harvesting systems.
- Fire fighting piping.
- Sprinkler systems.
- Pump room modeling.

Coordination

- Coordinate MEP services with Architectural and Structural models.




- Perform clash detection using Autodesk Navisworks.
- Resolve clashes in coordination meetings.
- Prepare coordination reports.

Documentation

- Generate:
- Floor Plans
- Sections
- Elevations
- Shop Drawings
- Sleeve Drawings
- Builder Work Drawings
- As-built Drawings
- Produce BOQs and quantity take-offs from BIM models.

Project Coordination

- Coordinate with Architects, Structural Engineers, Site Engineers, and Project Managers.
- Participate in internal BIM coordination meetings.
- Update models as per site revisions and consultant comments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit (MEP).
- Understanding of MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing).
- Experience in BIM coordination and clash detection.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with BIM tools such as Navisworks or similar coordination software.
- Experience in modular construction or prefabrication projects.
- Familiarity with LOD (Level of Development) standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
