Job Title: Social Media Manager (with Content Creation Skills)

Job Description:
We’re looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to lead our online presence. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in photo and video editing, and be comfortable visiting project sites and our workshop to capture engaging content.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute content calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Shoot and edit photos/videos at ongoing sites and workshop
- Create reels, stories, and posts that align with brand aesthetics
- Monitor engagement and suggest strategies to grow our audience

Requirements:

- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Canva, or similar




- Robust visual sense and understanding of brand tone
- Willingness to travel locally for content shoots
- Prior experience in managing brand social media is a plus
