Experience : 1-3 Year Qualification :Graduate and Diploma in IT Required Skills:
- Resolving requests/complaints received from the internal and external customers and reverting with the appropriate resolutions within the stipulated TAT.




- Follow up with various departments required to ensure that appropriate action has been taken on each & every request /complaint.
- Providing standardized response to the customer queries over the mail while adhering to the quality aspects.
- Research the latest in the business industry and creating recent opportunities to expand business.
- Maintaining Query Resolution TAT as per Process Matrix.Quality Adherence Score w.r.t the process.

Key Requirements

- Experience in customer support is a plus.
