Cord4 is a growing SaaS company helping businesses streamline operations through innovative software solutions. We are looking for a highly driven Sales & Marketing Head who can build, lead, and scale our sales and marketing functions.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership

- Lead and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Build and mentor inside sales and business development teams.
- Create sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Develop enterprise and SMB customer acquisition plans.
- Monitor KPIs, sales pipelines, forecasting, and reporting.

Marketing Leadership

- Own the overall marketing strategy and execution.
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and other platforms.
- Execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns.
- Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand awareness initiatives.
- Manage content, email marketing, SEO, and performance marketing activities.

Team Management

- Lead and scale both Sales and Marketing teams.
- Hire, train, and mentor team members.
- Establish processes, SOPs, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate closely with founders and product teams.

Required Skills





- 6+ years of experience in SaaS Sales & Marketing.
- Proven experience managing sales teams.
- Proven experience managing marketing teams.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Experience in lead generation and conversion optimization.
- Strong understanding of CRM tools and sales processes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive growth.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience selling B2B SaaS products.
- Experience scaling startups or high-growth companies.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools.
- Experience handling monthly marketing budgets and ROI tracking.
