Position Title: Day Care Teacher

Location: Powai Vihar.

Reporting To: Centre Head

Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Overview:

- The Junior KG Teacher is responsible for creating a nurturing, stimulating, and
- engaging learning environment for young children.
- The teacher will foster the physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development of students through age appropriate
- activities and structured learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and conduct daily activities that promote physical, emotional, intellectual, and
- social development.
- Create a safe, positive, and stimulating environment for all children.
- Supervise and assist children in daily routines including meal times, nap time, and
- personal hygiene.
- Conduct circle time, storytelling, art & craft, music, and movement sessions as per
- the daycare curriculum.
- Encourage and support fine motor, gross motor, and communication skill
- development.
- Observe and document each child’s growth, progress, and behavior to share with
- parents and management. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom and learning materials.
- Ensure adherence to all safety, hygiene, and operational policies of the daycare.
- Collaborate with the team and participate in events, celebrations, and parent
- interactions.

Qualifications & Skills:





- Graduate in Early Childhood Education / Montessori / NTT / ECCEd or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a preschool or daycare setting preferred.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written in English).
- Warm, patient, and approachable personality with a genuine love for children.
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple children effectively.
