Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to oversee the execution and supervision of construction activities across our real estate and development projects. The role involves monitoring site operations, coordinating with contractors and vendors, tracking project progress, ensuring quality and safety compliance, verifying materials and workmanship, and ensuring projects are completed on time as per approved plans and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams for seamless project execution.
- Verify material quality and workmanship in accordance with project specifications.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports and maintain project documentation.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues to avoid project delays.
- Support project planning,



execution, and timely completion.
- Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth site operations.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in site execution, construction supervision, or project coordination, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, site operations, quality control, and safety practices.
- Good communication, coordination, problem-solving, reporting, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and site reporting.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, project management tools, or AI-enabled construction monitoring platforms will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel to project sites and work in a site-based environment.
