We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Loan Assistant / Loan Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in loan processing, customer relationship management, and financial documentation, with a strong commitment to delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers with loan applications and explain available loan products.
- Review loan applications and verify financial and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with customers to obtain any missing information.
- Conduct preliminary credit and eligibility assessments.
- Process loan files and ensure timely approvals and disbursements.
- Maintain accurate loan records and documentation.
- Monitor loan repayments and follow up on overdue accounts when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and lending guidelines.




- Build and maintain solid relationships with customers and business partners.
- Prepare loan reports and provide updates to management.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of loan products, documentation, and lending procedures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and loan management or banking software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple applications efficiently.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
