CGC Landran's Training & Placement Department is looking for skilled and enthusiastic trainers to prepare students for campus placements and competitive recruitment processes. We are hiring for two distinct positions — an Aptitude Trainer and a Java Trainer — to strengthen our students' technical and quantitative readiness for placement drives.

Position 1: Aptitude Trainer

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct training sessions on Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability for placement preparation
- Design structured aptitude modules, practice sheets, and mock tests aligned with recruitment patterns of core and IT companies
- Track student performance and provide personalized feedback to improve problem-solving speed and accuracy
- Conduct mock aptitude tests and group discussions to simulate real recruitment scenarios
- Coordinate with the T&P; team to align training schedules with upcoming placement drives
- Stay updated with the latest aptitude test patterns used by recruiters

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Postgraduate in any discipline (Mathematics, Engineering)
- Prior experience in aptitude training or campus placement coaching preferred
- Strong command over Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability concepts
- Excellent communication and presentation skills




- Ability to engage and motivate large groups of students

Position 2: Java Trainer

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver structured training on Core Java, OOPs concepts, Collections, Exception Handling, and Multithreading
- Cover Advanced Java topics such as JDBC, Servlets, and basic frameworks (Spring/Hibernate) as required
- Design hands-on coding exercises, assignments, and projects to strengthen practical programming skills
- Prepare students for technical interviews, coding rounds, and Java-based assessments used by recruiters
- Evaluate student progress through tests, quizzes, and project reviews
- Keep training content updated with current industry practices and interview trends

Required Skills & Qualifications

- B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA or equivalent in Computer Science/IT
- Strong hands-on expertise in Core Java and Object-Oriented Programming
- Prior experience in Java training, teaching, or corporate training preferred
- Familiarity with common coding platforms and interview problem sets is an advantage
- Positive communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts
