Your work profile

Functional & Solution Consulting

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and solution designs.
- Lead client workshops, requirement gathering sessions, business process assessments, and fit-gap analysis.
- Provide functional expertise across PeopleSoft FSCM modules including:
- Accounts Payable
- Procurement (Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Vouchers)
- Financial Gateway
- Treasury
- Banking & Bank Reconciliation
- Asset Management
- Recommend best-practice solutions leveraging delivered PeopleSoft functionality.
- Implementation & Support
- Support end-to-end implementation, enhancement, upgrade, and production support engagements.
- Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs), business process flows, testing documents, and training materials.
- Execute and support SIT, UAT, deployment activities, and defect resolution.
- Collaborate with technical teams for development, interfaces, reports, and customizations.

Integration & Automation

- Lead integrations between PeopleSoft Financials and external enterprise systems.
- Implement and support:
- Coupa Supplier and Ok2Pay Invoice Integrations with PeopleSoft
- Vendor Payment Integrations with FIS
- Integrations with SaaS platforms such as Coupa, EDICOM, BrightFlag, and other third-party systems
- Develop and enhance REST-based integrations using Integration Broker and Web Services.

AI & Innovation





- Implement AI-powered invoice processing solutions using AWS Generative AI.
- Drive automation initiatives across Accounts Payable and Procurement processes.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and operational efficiency improvements.

PeopleSoft Upgrades & Modernization

- Lead PeopleTools and PUM upgrade initiatives.
- Perform retrofit analysis and upgrade planning.
- Work extensively on PeopleTools 8.61 and latest PUM images.
- Optimize customizations and leverage delivered functionality to reduce retrofit efforts.
- Drive platform modernization using latest PeopleTools features, Fluid UI, Event Mapping, and Activity Guides.

Security & Governance

- Configure and support PeopleSoft security, roles, permission lists, user groups, and provisioning.
- Ensure compliance with organizational governance and security standards.

- Experience managing PeopleTools and PUM upgrade projects, reducing retrofit efforts through upgrade optimization.
- Experience integrating PeopleSoft Financials with SaaS platforms such as Coupa, EDICOM, BrightFlag, and similar systems.
- Experience in Activity Guide development and performance optimization, including reporting enhancements.
