Job role: Mechanical Engineer- QA/QC

Location: Bhilai

Establishment/review and finalization of WPS & PQR.

Welder Performance Qualification.

Raw material inspection and MTC review as per relevant code & standard.

Witness lab test / check test as per relevant code & standard.

Dimensional and Visual inspection of fabricated structural component as per relevant code / standard

Verification/storage/pre-heating/baking of Weld consumable as per project requirements.

Fit-up and dimensional inspection of structural steel.

Weld visual & final dimensional inspection of fabricated steel.

NDT test of fabricated structural steel component.

Surface preparation and painting inspection.

Documentation as per standard Quality plan.

Pre dispatch inspection of fabricated structural steel and mechanical component of conveyor.

Final Document handover and Box-up

Experience: 10 to 14 Years
