Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team. You will be responsible for designing high-quality visual content for brand storefronts, product listings, social media, ad campaigns, and marketing collateral across multiple e-commerce platforms. This role demands someone who understands the visual language of Indian marketplaces and can produce scroll-stopping designs at speed.

Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce Design

- Design Amazon A+ Content, brand stores, product infographics, and listing images
- Create platform-specific creatives for Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Ajio, and quick-commerce platforms
- Develop category banners, festival sale creatives, and product launch visuals

Social Media & Marketing

- Design static posts, carousels, story templates, and ad creatives for Meta, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Support performance marketing campaigns with high-converting ad banners and creatives
- Maintain brand consistency across all client and Seller Rocket's own brand assets

Brand & Collateral

- Create pitch decks, proposals, and internal presentation templates
- Design email templates, WhatsApp promotional creatives,



and digital brochures
- Assist with logo design, brand kit development, and visual identity work for clients

Team & Process

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality
- Coordinate with KAMs, content team, and clients to understand brief requirements
- Maintain organized file libraries and version control for all design assets

Skills & Qualifications

Must Have

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (mandatory)
- Experience with Canva Pro for quick turnaround content
- Strong understanding of e-commerce product photography composition and image standards
- Knowledge of Amazon/Flipkart image guidelines and A+ content specs
- Solid grasp of typography, color theory, and layout design
- Ability to handle 10–15 creative requests per day across multiple brands

Good to Have

- Experience with Adobe InDesign or After Effects / basic motion graphics
- Familiarity with Figma for UI/web creatives
- Prior experience in an agency or e-commerce brand setting
- Understanding of performance creative metrics (CTR, ROAS)
